Our Software Development Process is based on the Rational Unified Process. The Rational Unified Process provides a disciplined approach to assigning tasks and responsibilities within a software-development organization and includes most contemporary advancements in software engineering (the object-oriented approach, the controlled iteration development model, etc.). Our goal is to ensure the development of high-quality software that meets the needs of its end-users, while having been developed within a specific schedule and budget. Because of that, the scope of RUP's involvement is being determined for each project individually. The bigger and more complex a project is, the more Management and Quality Control processes it requires. A breakdown of our typical project on activities shown below:
- Project Management 5%
- Configuration Management 5%
- Requirements Analysis 10%
- Architecture and Database Design 15%
- Coding 35%
- QA activities 30%
