We utilize a number of tools for different activities related to Project Management and Quality Control. We try to use out-of-the-box products when possible, and develop support systems when necessary.
- General project management is performed using Microsoft Project.
- We have developed a Web-based system for Changes and Requirements Management.
- MS Visual Source Safe is used for version controlling.
- We have internally developed system for Defect Tracking.
- Configuration Management is performed through a set of required documents for each project.
- Visibility is ensured through access of all involved members (including the customer) to as many support systems shown above as possible, plus through use of collaboration software (such as MS SharePoint Portal).
We always look for improvements in our software development process, adopting new approaches and tools that allow us to serve our customers better.
