Corporate Email Service

These days, e-mail correspondence is one of the most efficient ways of communication. Managers send required tasks to employees and sales departments discuss contract aspects by e-mail. All these activities and more should be secured and controlled.

Our team received a request to build a new corporate e-mail service with advanced functionality and security tools. The system developed consists of two parts: a desktop application for service administrators who support the system and a Web application for service users.

The e-mail service allows corporate clients to:

  • Exchange information between users within a company account
  • Import a large amount of data in XML format
  • Create e-mail templates and mailing lists
  • Synchronize corporate e-mails with external e-mail systems

In addition, each user receives a special certificate, which is installed on each client machine and serves as an authentication tool.

Currently, the software is used by 10,500 users.
