The client faced a need to redevelop legacy police patrol software and make information exchange between its dispatch center and police patrols more efficient.

MS Team specialists took up the challenge and developed a modern system that addressed the main problem of police agency-connecting police patrols with dispatches.

The solution developed by our specialists consists of two modules: one for dispatchers who work in the office and one for police patrols who work in the field.

The first module helps dispatchers to:

• Process calls about incidents, and record and share information
• Send notifications about incidents to the nearest patrol
• Track the incident status and add new resources, if required
• Prepare and easily access various reports using a special reporting module

The second module automates the following processes of patrol operations:

• Access suspects, witness, and vehicles databases
• Exchange information with dispatchers
• Record information about incidents
