SharePoint Portal Server 2003 to SharePoint Server 2007 migration

MS Team performed complex migration from SharePoint Portal Server 2003 to SharePoint Server 2007 for one of the biggest Russian banks, URSA bank.

The project consisted of two parts: the migration of the corporate portal from Microsoft SharePoint 2003 to Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and the development of two custom subsystems. The main difficulty of this project was to execute the migration without downtimes in portal work.

As a result, the bank received a portal built on a new version of SharePoint Server with new features and enhancements that improved the performance of the portal in a geographically distributed network.
